by 3D G33K

Hi there!I’ve been wondering if anyone knows how to take an airplane from X-plane, and use that model in a 3D software (3ds max or other) to create controlled 3D animations with it. Anyone have any ideas ?Thanks for your help !

The most common supported formats are .3ds (old 3D Studio format) and .obj (wavefront). 3ds max can import them both, as well as some other formats (see file->import for a complete list).
Try to see if x-plane design program can export one of these formats.
