Will Disney Digital 3D movies ever come out on DVD in the future?

by 3D G33K

I’ve kept the Digital 3D glasses that are provided from various movies like Up. Will this new light-wave technology eventually catch up to use in DVD players on regular TV screens?

Any ideas? Or should I put my glasses into the recycling box next time I exit the movies?

Disney Digital 3D glasses cannot work with regular TV screens.

The cinema have to attach an alternating polarising filter to their projector to show movies that look 3D through those glasses. Your TV doesn’t have one of those.

There are 3D movies on DVD, but they use a different kind of glasses (and they don’t look as good).
