It sounds like an OK HDTV but I think the Vizio is a better HDTV that Wal-Mart sells for about the same price.
Pick up the March issue of Consumer Reports they just tested a bunch of LCD TVs and have some good recommendations.

I have a friend with a Vizio and she really likes it, I’ve watched it and the picture is very good, yes it’s not a Samsung but it’s not $1000 either and I think for the price you want to spend I’d get a Vizio, I don’t think the Westinghouse has as good of a picture.

The specs look good, but the best picture quality LCD HDTVs in the under $1000 price range are from Vizio. Westinghouse models are very blurry when there’s a lot of motion on screen.

I’m not saying that Vizio models don’t (for that, you need at least $1500 for a top quality Samsung, which is the absolute best brand in my opinion), but don’t settle for cheap quality just because you have a small wallet.

WESTINGHOUSE is the best off the worst tv’s… i would say save an extra couple hundred and buy a samsung because they last twice as long and have ten times the quality! and the anologue is NTSC u would want to stay away from that and get a tv with ATSC!
