Some do. Look at Corraline. It came with both versions

Other movies can come on DVD 3D. When you buy or rent for them, inside the case there are special glasses you use for 3D.

the hell’s the matter with you?? you’re not satisfied with 2 dimensions?? in my day, we had VHS. our videogames, you had to blow on them to get them to work! kids nowadays are so spoiled! You’re going to watch the flat version, eat your peas, flush the goddamned toilet and you’ll bloody well enjoy it!!!!!!!!!!1!

They are waiting to release them in 3D on blu-ray with digital 3D technology. The first 3D TV’s and blu-ray players are just coming out and they don’t want to take the trouble to do the DVD in anaglyph 3D (with the red/blue glasses) when they hope to do a digital 3D blu-ray disc later this year.
