If I bought a 3d tv, what all could I watch besides 3d movies/dvds?

There is going to be a lot more 3D movies and the first 3D channel called SKY 3D debuted January 1st in South Korea.

Content right now is the main problem. I had a field sequential 3d system for CRT televisions back in the early 1990′s. Problem was all you could get were the 1950 3d movies and other really obscure titles that were easy to forget. People who went to the Consumer Electronics Show last week said many of the 3d systems on display can convert 2d content to 3d as it plays but of course the 3d does not look as good as something actually made in 3d. If 3d continues to do well as it has the last 4 years content will grow. Blu-ray will release the first 3d hd movie this fall being the Christmas Carol movie from last November. There has been an announcement that there will be between two or three channels in 3d in 2011 on cable and satellite.
