Is there a 3D software that design 3d people?

i want an easy program that can help me desgin people, my computer is a windows. and it would be great if its free from the internet.

If you want your project to be nice work, only real good professional software can do this – therefore, you need to be able to know how to work these software.
Abobe Flash can do what you’re looking for.
It isn’t free though, free trial of course. Any program similar that is “free” would be terrible quality and very fake looking.

u need a lot of ram for designing things in 3d software i have 9gs of ram and i can still lag out my system…i would suggest using 3ds max 2009 or Maya 2009… both work very welland are top of line in their class… the only down fall is they are both each like $3000 if not more…for free software it wont work very well.. being that most are very cheaply made…i have 3ds max and love it…..go to the site i will give a link and download the trial for 30days..see what it can do.. if u like it i will see what i can do for u to get it for free if u would like
