What is the difference between IMAX 3D and REALD movies?

From a recent list of all 3D movies I downloaded from the Internet there were some labeled as IMAX 3D and others as REALD movies. Does this mean REALD movies are not shown IMAX movie theaters?Is there a quality difference?

READ-D movies are shown in regular theaters on regular screens.
