In a 3d movie there are double images of everything and one image can only go to the left eye and the other image can only go to the right eye. This is done by having the viewer where glasses that block and unblock images. If you have ever used that toy called the view master it look like that. Even though your monitor can’t do 3d here is a video that can show you how a 3d movie looks. It isn’t exactly like a 3d movie but it gives you a good idea of how they look as far as things popping out of the screen and looking like they go back behind the screen as well
