(E key) – to extrude new faces and (F key) to create the new one from selected 3 or 4 vertices.

Hey which buttons do you press when you have a face and you attach another face to it? Like in the very beginning. The thing you are doing all the time?

  4. cgexnet

You will do. I am sure. Just keep working.

he showed how to make bones. You just have to move them and you’ll have your animation. You can find many animating tutorials using bones in youtube.

  7. tommiev1993

wow the result is truely awesome. But can I ask why does the dinosaur move? I didn’t see you doing anything in animation???

  8. cgexnet

Thanks for the video, even though some parts are somewhat difficult to understand, seeing the process and technique used to create something like this is very valuable to people, such as myself, learning blender.

I Look forward to any further timelapse’s or tutorial’s.

  20. Clarensee

    Thank you.

  21. cgexnet

It took one evening, 4-6 hours approx. with final montage.

  22. Clarensee

    How long did it take?

  23. cgexnet

Well… hmmm… I haven’t noticed such a problem with Blender. If I could look at the picture I could say better. Try using key ’5′ in numeric keyboard to switch from perspective to ortho mode in Users View. This may be a reason.

I got a question, why does Blender make shit look so weird in perspective? I mean I modeled a nice head, but when you look at it in prespective it looks wierd. In ortho view or the front view I look at the head and the chin is nice lenght but in perspective you look it the chin an it looks like is long. It’s kind of like looking through a fish bowl. You know what I mean? Any idieas?

    wow
